Residential activity in St. John’s posted an increase of 5.2% on a yr-over-yr basis, while activity in the rest of the province posted a 12.9% decline.
The overall MLS® benchmark price for single-family homes was $283,200 and $327,300 for NL and St. John’s respectively, up approximately 9% vs June 2021.
Active residential listings on the market numbered 3,133 units, down sharply by 33.2% vs June 2021. Active listings haven’t been this low in the month of June in more than a decade.
