While home sales in NL were down 13.5% in December 2022 they were 31.8% above the 10yr average for the month!

St. John’s CMA posted a significant 38.3% increase of single family home sales as compared to levels recorded in December 2021.

The benchmark price for single-family homes in St. John’s was $327,500, up by 5% on a year-over-year basis in December.

Active listings haven’t been this low in the month of December in 15 years, 42.1% below the 10yr average for the month of December.
