587 homes SOLD in the province in May, over 4% more than May 2021, and overall 56.6% above the 10-yr avg for the month of May!

Interestingly single detached homes softened mildly in St. John’s, sales down 17.7% from levels recorded last May 2021.

The benchmark price for single-family homes in St. John’s is now $318,400, up 8.4% yr-over-yr.

The dollar value of all NL sales in May 2022 was $173.7 million, 10.8% more than last May 2021, also a new record for any May!

Active listings haven’t been this low in more than a decade 35.1% below the 10-yr avg!
